In SpectraProof kan elke taak worden becommentarieerd door elke gebruiker voor en ondergaan verschillende stadia van goedkeuring. Vanaf het openen en verwerken van een nieuw PDF- of TIFF-bestand van een klant, kan elke stap zoals het toewijzen van steunkleuren, het meten van nieuwe steunkleuren en substraten enz. worden gedocumenteerd door het toevoegen van opmerkingen en verschillende goedkeuringsfasen. Voor elke gebruiker zijn deze opmerkingen voorzien van een tijd- en gebruikersstempel om het goedkeuringsproces beter te begrijpen. De goedkeuringsstatus van de taak kan van nieuw naar definitief goedgekeurd gaan wanneer het bestand klaar is om afgedrukt te worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
